Launchlog provides tools to upload, parse, and analyze golf round and practice session data. You are responsible for ensuring that information you upload is lawful and that you have rights to use it.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account details and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features and session credits may be offered through Stripe. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Stripe checkout or customer portal flow. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt operation of the platform.
• Do not upload content that infringes rights, violates law, or contains malicious code.

Data and Availability

We aim to keep Launchlog available and reliable, but uptime and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Features may change over time.

Launchlog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launchlog and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
