• Billing metadata from Stripe for subscription management (we do not store full card details).

• Provide core product functionality (OCR extraction, stats, syncing).
• Maintain account access and entitlement/billing status.
• Monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.
• Respond to support requests and product feedback.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Supabase (auth/storage), Stripe (billing), and infrastructure/hosting providers. OCR/AI processing may involve third-party model providers routed through configured APIs.

Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of account-associated data by contacting support.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
